In a festive mood, the ladies of the Farndale Avenue Housing Estate Townswomen’s Guild Dramatic Society present their stage version of A Christmas Carol. Playing ghosts, Scrooge, Bob Cratchit, Tiny Tim and some less familiar characters, their enthusiasm cannot disguise the sheer awfulness of the production.
