Highbury Theatre Centre Limited is a company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital (463046). It was incorporated in 1949 and is also a registered charity (223923). Information about the company can be found on Companies House here and the Charity Commission here. 

Our mission is to raise, develop and redefine the standards of community theatre.

The theatre is governed by its memorandum and articles of association.

At their annual general meeting, the trustees elect fellow trustees to the Board of Trustees who oversee the running of the charity.
